The e-Aadhaar download from the official portal is an A4 PDF containing your Aadhaar card twice on one page, often protected by a password. To get a clean, laminate-ready card you need to crop out each card region at exactly 85.6 ร 54 mm โ the CR80 size that standard ID-card laminate pouches are made for.
In the converter above, upload the e-Aadhaar PDF and enter its password when prompted โ the unlock happens entirely on your device. The CR80 preset is already selected, so the tool drops an exact-size crop box on the page. Drag it over the front side of the card, then switch to the Back tab for the second crop on the same page. Use the arrow keys at 400% zoom for fine positioning, and rotate either side by 90ยฐ if the scan is sideways.
Set the DPI to 300, keep the white-background option on to remove paper shadows, and export as PNG or JPG for a digital copy, or PDF for a millimetre-accurate page that fits a standard pouch. The A4 Print Sheet mode lays out several copies with cut guides if you need multiple prints.
