How to convert a voter ID PDF to ID card size

The voter ID (EPIC) card is a 85.6 ร— 54 mm plastic card, matching the CR80 standard. Scans of it usually come as full A4 pages with background, tilt or shadows โ€” fine for viewing, useless for printing or uploading as an ID file.

In the converter above, upload the PDF and the CR80 preset is already selected. Drag the exact-size crop box over the card and use the handles or arrow keys (Shift for 10px steps) to line it up. The white-background option removes scanner grain behind the card, and the per-card rotate button fixes sideways scans without touching the rest of the page.
