Aadhaar 카드 PDF를 ID 카드 크기로

A laminated e-Aadhaar card is 8.56 × 5.40 cm (85.6 × 54 mm, 3.37 × 2.13 inches) — the CR80 standard. At 300 DPI that is 1011 × 638 pixels. This tool pre-selects exactly that size, and the PDF export is millimetre-accurate so it fits standard laminate pockets.

Upload the e-Aadhaar PDF (password-protected files unlock locally), switch to Front + Back mode, drag the CR80 crop box over each side, and export as PNG, JPG or an exact-size PDF. Nothing is uploaded.

The standard e-Aadhaar password format is the first four letters of your name in capital letters followed by your four-digit birth year (for example, if your name is Ravi Kumar and you were born in 1990, the password is RAVI1990). If it fails, try variations of your name spelling as printed on the card. You never need to share this password with us — the unlock happens locally in your browser.

The usual culprit is "Fit to Page" scaling: printers stretch the A4 e-Aadhaar PDF to fill the sheet, so the card never prints at 85.6 × 54 mm. Cropping the card region first and printing it at 100% scale (no page scaling) fixes this. The PDF export from this tool is already card-sized, so a 100% print is accurate.

For everyday use, printing on plain or photo paper works fine. For a durable card, print on PVC or glossy cardstock and cut it to size, or have a laminating shop do it. This tool exports at 300–600 DPI, which is sharp enough for either.

The A4 Print Sheet mode packs roughly 4–5 CR80 cards (85.6 × 54 mm) onto a single A4 page with light cut guides, depending on margins. Use it when you need several copies.

The physical Aadhaar card is not a mandatory document — the 12-digit number and the e-Aadhaar PDF carry the same validity. Printing and laminating your own copy of your own document is not an offence, but we recommend using the official mAadhaar app and printing physical copies only where an authority requires them.
