Not every ID is a CR80 card โ school IDs, RFID badge inserts, QSL cards, and store loyalty cards all have their own dimensions. This mode lets you set any width and height in millimetres (or inches) and produces a file that is exactly that size.
Choose Custom sizeโฆ from the preset list, then enter the width and height. The crop box resizes immediately to those exact dimensions โ the aspect-ratio lock keeps your numbers consistent while you drag the box around, and fine positioning uses the arrow keys at up to 400% zoom. The live size label shows the final output in pixels at your chosen DPI, so you can confirm the math before exporting.
Export as PNG or JPG at 150, 300 or 600 DPI, or choose PDF for a page that matches your custom dimensions exactly in millimetres. Print at 100% scale and the cut-out matches. Use A4 Print Sheet to pack the maximum number of cards onto one A4 sheet with cut guides.
