PANカードPDFをIDカードサイズに

PAN card paper size is 85.6 × 53.98 mm (8.56 × 5.40 cm, 3.37 × 2.13 inches) — at 300 DPI that is 1011 × 637 pixels. This tool pre-selects exactly that preset so your printed PAN card matches the dimensions printing shops use.

No — the crop box only captures the card region you place it over. Everything outside the box (margins, instructions, watermarks) is excluded from the exported PNG, JPG or PDF.

Most printers default to "Fit to Page", which stretches the A4 PAN PDF until it fills the sheet — so the card never prints at 85.6 × 53.98 mm. Crop the card region first, then print at 100% scale with page scaling disabled. The PDF export from this tool is already card-sized, so a 100% print is exact.

Both the older paper-laminated PAN and the newer digiLocker PDF print at the same 85.6 × 53.98 mm size. The layout differs, but the crop region and laminate pouch size are identical, so the PAN paper preset works for both.

Yes. Export as PDF for a millimetre-accurate page, or use the A4 Print Sheet button to place multiple copies with cut guides. Plain A4 paper is fine for most applications; PVC or glossy cardstock gives a more durable card.

The A4 Print Sheet mode packs roughly 4–5 PAN cards (85.6 × 53.98 mm) onto a single A4 page with light cut guides, depending on margins.

The e-PAN PDF from the Income Tax Department is an officially valid document, and printing your own copy is standard practice — the paper size you choose does not affect its validity. Use the original PDF or e-PAN in digital applications.
