The Ayushman Bharat card is issued as an A4 PDF with the beneficiary card sitting in a corner of the page, together with instructions and reference details. Printing that page as-is produces an odd-sized sheet that does not fit a standard ID-card laminate pouch.
In the converter above, upload the Ayushman card PDF and the CR80 preset (85.6 × 54 mm) is already selected. An exact-size crop box appears — drag it over the card wherever it sits on the page, and zoom to 400% with the arrow keys for precise placement. The white-background option removes the paper texture behind the card, and the rotate button fixes any sideways orientation.
Export as PNG or JPG at 300 DPI for digital copies, or PDF for a millimetre-accurate page that fits a standard pouch. Use A4 Print Sheet when you want several copies with cut guides in a single print job.
